This modern workshop, equipped with advanced tools, allows the mill to produce a wide range of traditional recipes such as jams, tomato sauces, ratatouilles, gazpachos, and spreads, all while adhering to high standards of quality and food safety.

A State-of-the-Art Production Line

The workshop at Moulin du Calanquet is equipped with a full production line, designed to optimize each stage of the culinary preparation process. This line includes:

  • A 400-liter cooking kettle, allowing for large batches of recipes while preserving ingredient quality.
  • A series of specialized equipment, such as a dosing machine, a jar washer, and dryer, ensuring perfect hygiene of containers before filling.
  • High-performance packaging machines, including a capping machine and a jar turner, guaranteeing an airtight and optimal seal.
  • A pasteurizer to extend the shelf life of products without altering their nutritional or flavor qualities.
