Moulin du Calanquet continues the Provençal tradition by producing a wide range of culinary preparations, all made on-site in compliance with a strict set of guidelines and HACCP quality standards. This commitment ensures authentic products made with carefully selected ingredients.

Appetizer Products

The mill offers a selection of delicious spreads, perfect for convivial moments. The classic black and green olive spreads sit alongside gourmet creations like artichoke cream, eggplant caviar, sautéed peppers, and Provençal pistou. Other recipes, such as tomato supreme, asparagus delight with morels, and butternut-based spreads (butternut-carrot-curry, chickpea-butternut), offer a variety of unique and original flavors.

Sweet Products

In partnership with Michelin-starred Chef Dominique Gauthier, the mill offers jams with unexpected and refined flavor combinations: kiwi-almond, vineyard peach-rosemary, raspberry-lavender, and pear-verbena. These artisanal jams reflect a unique expertise, with each jar offering a delightful invitation to indulgence.
