Ingredients:
• 6 goat cheese Cabécou,
• 1 green Granny Smith apple,
• 6 tsp gingerbread-fig jam,
• variety olive oil blend,
• 6 slices of bread.
Decoration: 10 cl balsamic cream.
Preparation: preheat oven to 180°.
Spread the bread slices and made 6 rounds with a cookie cutter or keep the slices of bread square.
Wash the green apples, it is important to take this apple variety for its acidity and cut 6 slices whole. Remove the seeds. Place them on the sandwich bread slices, put a tablespoon of fig-gingerbread jam and the Cabécou. Add variety olive oil Assembling on the toast and bake 3 minutes.
Put immediately the hot toast on a plate, make a dash of balsamic vinegar cream side and serve with a salad of arugula !
