What a special day at the Golf des Baux de Provence! 170 players and 30 persons accompanying participated to a special competition on 9 holes combining at each hole a tasting session with some specialties realized by famous chef and a glass of wine.
On May 16th, the Moulin du Calanquet participated to this competition in collaboration with the Restaurant Marc de Passorio. Marc de Passorio prepared lambs kebabs, gaspachos, strawberry lollipop with mint, and Gilles Brun was offering our fruit cocktails.
